Send Payment Request to your customers, and they’ll receive a secure payment link as an SMS or email. Here’s how it works.

As soon as you’ve completed a job for a customer, login to Propell via the app or browser.
- Select “Get Paid”

Enter your customers payment details including:
- The amount they need to pay
- Your reference - perhaps an invoice number or anything else you use the recognise that customer
- Then enter the customers mobile number, and or email address
- And then “Send Request”
- Select “Customer Payments” and you’ll see the Payment as “Outstanding” on your customer list until its paid

Your customer will receive an SMS and an email with a secure link to pay you for the exact amount you’ve requested. When they click on the link, they’ll be able to securely enter their card details to make payments.

As soon as your customer has paid, you’ll get an email notification AND you’ll be able to see that payment in your Propell app or on the Propell dashboard.

The funds will clear into your bank account within 24 hours.
