To accept payments securely over the phone using Propell Phone Payments:
- Login to your Propell Dashboard, via the app or the browser
- Within the “Payments” section of the dashboard, click on “Phone Payments”.
Complete the form details including:
- The total amount the customer will be paying (this doesn’t include any fees)
- Your reference - perhaps an invoice number or anything else you use the recognise that customer
- Then enter the customers mobile number
- And email
The second half of the form is where you can enter the customers credit or debit card details, including:
- The card number
- The card holders name
- The expiry
- And the CVV
Then select “Take Payment”
You’ll now be able to view this payment in the dashboard.
And the funds will clear into your bank account within 24 hours.
